Breathwork

Wednesday 4:15-5:15pm

Breathwork combines ancient and contemporary meditation techniques for channeling and directing energy with the breath. The journey will be with very high quality headphones, coupled with conscious connected breathing all through the mouth with two somatic releases. Ending with a soft landing that will anchor in.

Taught by Eli Osborn a certified breathwork facilitator through Breathmasters Academy.
