Do I have any financial obligations beyond program fees?

Yes in addition to program costs we have a $50 registration fee.

A non-refundable deposit is due at time of final registration. Deposit amount is deducted from the annual program cost and the remaining amount is due over an 11-month payment plan beginning July 31st.

Field Trip costs are not included within our program costs. Children in our Grades program (primarily 3rd grade and up) will take several field trips each year; the cost will vary depending upon the trip. Teachers strive to plan affordable field trips to keep costs low. Your child’s participation is always optional, but encouraged. Many of the class field trips will be scheduled on Fridays.

We support all families who want this education for their children and know that our community is strengthened by every child and every family who choses Waldorf for their child. Do you offer sibling discounts?

For families paying our full tuition price we will offer a sibling discount. For those receiving tuition assistance we will not be able to offer a sibling discount.
When are program fees due?

The registration fee, program fee deposit and signed contract documents are due upon final registration in to our program(s). The registration and program fee deposit are non-refundable.

Once enrollment is finalized and you have paid your registration and deposit remaining monthly payments are due on an 11 month payment plan by the last day of the month beginning July 31st.
What are my payment options?

Payments may be made in one annual payment with a 3% discount (discount applicable prior to the start of the program year), or via a payment plan broken down into 11 equal payments due by the last day of the month starting July 31st.
What if my child starts after the beginning of the program year?

If your child registers and begins after our program year has started, we will prorate your program pricing for the number of months remaining.
Are there volunteer requirements?

We need parent/guardian volunteer support to help us thrive! Each family is asked (but not required) to offer 2-6 hours of service a month.
Examples of volunteer opportunities are:

Helping children with chopping fruits and vegetables/snack preparation

Supply preparation for teachers, festivals, etc.

Supporting teachers during recess and nap through our POP program (Parents on Playground)

Supporting students through volunteer work in the classroom, or with small groups, through our PIP program (Parents in Partnership)
